Jalna: 7 years rigorous imprisonment to the accused who committed sexual crime with a minor boy
न्यायालय ने पॉक्सो एक्ट व आईपीसी की धाराओं के तहत सुनाई सजा
जालना: माननीय प्रधान जिल्हा एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, जालना श्रीमती वर्षा एम. मोहीते ने 52 वर्षीय संजय संपत चंदनशिवे को अल्पवयीन बालक के साथ यौन अपराध करने के मामले में सात वर्ष के सश्रम कारावास और 20,000 रुपये के जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई। जुर्माना न भरने पर छह माह का अतिरिक्त कारावास होगा। आरोपी पर धारा 377 (अप्राकृतिक यौन अपराध), 506 (आपराधिक धमकी), पॉक्सो एक्ट की धारा 4, 8, 12 और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 की धारा 66(ई) के तहत मुकदमा चलाया गया था।
घटना का सार
18 जून 2023 को सुबह 12 बजे के आसपास, आरोपी ने 15 वर्षीय पीड़ित बालक को 20 रुपये का लालच देकर, जाफ्राबाद तहसील स्थित एक ग्रामीण अस्पताल के बंद क्वार्टर में ले जाकर उसके साथ यौन उत्पीड़न किया। पीड़ित के मना करने पर आरोपी ने लाठी से मारने की धमकी दी। इस दौरान आरोपी क्र.2 कृष्णा ने मोबाइल से वीडियो रिकॉर्ड किया, जिसे आरोपी क्र.3 शिवाजी ने प्रसारित किया।
एफआईआर और जांच
पीड़ित के पिता संजय श्रीराम गाडेकर ने टेंभुर्णी पुलिस स्टेशन में गुनाह दर्ज कराया। पुलिस ने 11 गवाहों के बयान दर्ज किए, जिनमें पीड़ित, उसके परिजन और तहकीकात अधिकारी शामिल थे। अतिरिक्त सरकारी अभियोजक एडवोकेट भारत के. खांडेकर ने अदालत में सबूत पेश किए।
न्यायालय का निर्णय
सभी साक्ष्यों और दोनों पक्षों के तर्कों को विचार में लेते हुए न्यायाधीश श्रीमती मोहीते ने आरोपी को दोषी ठहराया। सजा के अलावा, धारा 504 (आपराधिक धमकी) के तहत एक वर्ष की साधारण कैद और 1,000 रुपये जुर्माना भी लगाया गया।
पुलिस और अभियोजन टीम की भूमिका
तहकीकात में पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक सतीश दिंडे और निरीक्षक प्रताप इंगळे ने महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग दिया। टेंभुर्णी पुलिस प्रभारी सचिन खमगळ ने भी मामले की निगरानी की।
यह फैसला अल्पवयीनों के साथ यौन हिंसा के मामलों में कानून के कड़े प्रवर्तन का संकेत देता है।
