Sedition case should be filed against those who insult the constitution
सामाजिक समता संघर्ष समिति और संविधान संवाद समिति ने मुख्यमंत्री को सौंपा ज्ञापन
जालना (प्रतिनिधि): सामाजिक समता संघर्ष समिति और संविधान संवाद समिति की ओर से 13 दिसंबर 2024 को महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री को जिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। यह ज्ञापन परभणी में संविधान की प्रतिकृति के अपमान की घटना पर कड़ा विरोध जताते हुए सौंपा गया।
ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि 11 दिसंबर 2024 को परभणी के रेलवे स्टेशन रोड पर डॉ. बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर की पूर्णाकृति प्रतिमा के सामने स्थित संविधान की प्रतिकृति का कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों ने अपमान किया। इस घटना से स्पष्ट होता है कि इन लोगों की मानसिकता संविधान विरोधी है और उनके मन में संविधान के प्रति घृणा है।
ज्ञापन में आगे कहा गया है कि हमारा देश संविधान के आधार पर चलता है, और इसके मूल्यों व सिद्धांतों को हर नागरिक के लिए आत्मसात करना अनिवार्य है। परंतु वर्तमान सत्ता में बैठे लोगों की मानसिकता को देखकर यह अंदेशा होता है कि भविष्य में संविधान में बड़े पैमाने पर छेड़छाड़ हो सकती है।
एक ओर राज्य सरकार ‘घर-घर संविधान’ जैसी योजना पर काम कर रही है, तो दूसरी ओर ऐसी घटनाओं का होना बेहद निंदनीय है। इससे समाज में विभाजन पैदा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
समिति ने मांग की है कि संविधान का अपमान करने वाले व्यक्तियों पर देशद्रोह का मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाए। साथ ही, भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी तंत्र विकसित किया जाए। इसके अलावा, संविधान के मूल्यों को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने और जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए सरकार को विशेष प्रयास करने चाहिए।
