सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कड़ा रुख: विजय शाह की माफी नामंजूर, SIT जांच का आदेश — गिरफ्तारी पर फिलहाल रोक

विवादास्पद बयानबाजी मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नेता विजय शाह को राहत तो दी, लेकिन साथ ही कड़ी फटकार भी लगाई। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि “हमें आपकी माफी नहीं चाहिए।” शीर्ष अदालत ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार को निर्देशित किया है कि वह एमपी से बाहर के 3 वरिष्ठ आईपीएस अधिकारियों की एक विशेष जांच टीम (SIT) का गठन करे, जिसमें एक महिला अधिकारी भी अनिवार्य रूप से हो।
“घड़ियाली आंसू नहीं चाहिए” — सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तीखी टिप्पणी
मामले की सुनवाई जस्टिस सूर्यकांत की अध्यक्षता वाली दो सदस्यीय पीठ कर रही थी। विजय शाह की ओर से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता मनिंदर सिंह ने दलील दी कि शाह माफी मांगना चाहते हैं। इस पर कोर्ट ने कहा —
“आप क्या घड़ियाली आंसू बहा रहे हैं? आपने बिना सोचे-समझे जो बयान दिया, वह वीडियो में रिकॉर्ड है। आप सार्वजनिक जीवन में हैं, आपको जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए। हम आपकी माफी नहीं ले रहे।”
SIT जांच के निर्देश
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया कि:
- एफआईआर की जांच SIT द्वारा की जाएगी।
- SIT में 3 वरिष्ठ आईपीएस अधिकारी होंगे, जो मध्य प्रदेश से संबंधित नहीं होंगे।
- इनमें से कम से कम एक महिला अधिकारी अनिवार्य होगी।
- SIT का नेतृत्व एक आईजी रैंक का अधिकारी करेगा, अन्य दो सदस्य एसपी रैंक या उससे ऊपर होंगे।
- एमपी के डीजीपी को निर्देश दिया गया कि रात 10 बजे तक SIT गठित की जाए।
गिरफ्तारी पर रोक, लेकिन जांच जारी
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विजय शाह की गिरफ्तारी पर अस्थायी रोक लगाई है लेकिन कहा कि जांच पूरी तरह निष्पक्ष और सख्त निगरानी में होनी चाहिए। कोर्ट ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि वह खुद जांच की निगरानी नहीं करेगा, लेकिन SIT को स्थिति रिपोर्ट के माध्यम से जांच के परिणाम प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
अगली सुनवाई की तारीख 28 मई 2025 तय की गई है।
राज्य सरकार पर भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नाराज़गी
कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से पूछा कि एफआईआर दर्ज करने में इतनी देर क्यों हुई? कोर्ट ने कहा:
“हाईकोर्ट के हस्तक्षेप के बाद एफआईआर दर्ज की गई। पहले राज्य सरकार क्या कर रही थी? जनता निष्पक्षता की उम्मीद करती है।”
नेता से उम्मीदें और जिम्मेदारियां
कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि एक सार्वजनिक प्रतिनिधि को संवेदनशील और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए।
“आपने लोगों को दुख पहुंचाया है। पूरा देश आपके बयान से नाराज़ है। आप जैसे नेताओं से अच्छा आचरण अपेक्षित है। यह माफी से नहीं, कानून से तय होगा।”

I’ve been watching Colorfire’s cat-themed Meow product line with much interest over the years.
