विदेश पलायन पर लगेगा अंकुश, जब राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक नीति का होगा प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन — डॉ. शैलेन्द्र देवळाणकर
जालना में संपन्न हुई त्रिवार्षिक संगठन आराखड़ा कार्यशाला, राज्यभर के 104 प्राध्यापकों ने लिया सहभाग
जालना, 1 जून 2025: भारत में उच्च शिक्षा की पर्याप्त सुविधाएं मौजूद होने के बावजूद विद्यार्थियों का तेजी से विदेशों की ओर पलायन चिंता का गंभीर विषय बन चुका है। इस प्रवृत्ति को रोकने के लिए राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक नीति (NEP) का जमीनी स्तर पर प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन ही एकमात्र उपाय है। यही संदेश उच्च व तंत्रशिक्षण विभाग के संचालक डॉ. शैलेन्द्र देवळाणकर ने जालना स्थित देवगिरी पतसंस्था सभागृह में आयोजित त्रिवार्षिक संगठन आराखड़ा निर्माण कार्यशाला में दिया।
डॉ. देवळाणकर ने बताया कि वर्तमान में अमेरिका में 3.37 लाख भारतीय विद्यार्थी उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे हैं और उनके माता-पिता ने इस उद्देश्य के लिए अब तक लगभग 39,000 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज उठाया है। यदि यही रुख जारी रहा, तो आने वाले दशक में देश को शैक्षणिक और आर्थिक दृष्टि से बड़ी चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में इस नीति को गंभीरता से लागू किया जा रहा है और शैक्षणिक नवाचारों के माध्यम से इसे सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है।
कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन पूर्व कुलगुरु डॉ. मुरलीधर चांदेकर के करकमलों से संपन्न हुआ, जबकि राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ के राष्ट्रीय सचिव एवं महाराष्ट्र प्रांत अध्यक्ष प्रो. प्रदीप खेडकर ने अध्यक्षीय भूमिका निभाई। इस अवसर पर प्रो. डॉ. उपेन्द्र कुलकर्णी (राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ), प्रो. दिलीप अर्जुने (महासंघ प्रदेश महामंत्री) और डॉ. वैभव नरवडे भी मंचासीन रहे।
डॉ. चांदेकर ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक नीति केवल एक दस्तावेज नहीं, बल्कि भारत की गौरवशाली शिक्षा परंपरा को पुनर्स्थापित करने का माध्यम है। यह राष्ट्रहित की दिशा में एक परिवर्तनकारी कदम है, जिसे शिक्षकों को पूरी मानसिकता से अपनाना चाहिए।
प्रो. खेडकर ने अपने समापन भाषण में कहा कि शैक्षिक महासंघ केवल नीतिगत समर्थन नहीं बल्कि राष्ट्रहित में शिक्षा के माध्यम से चरित्र निर्माण का कार्य कर रहा है।
प्रास्ताविक वक्तव्य में प्रो. डॉ. दिलीप अर्जुने ने बताया कि यह कार्यशाला प्रशासनिक समन्वय, नीतिगत क्रियान्वयन और शिक्षकों की भागीदारी को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु आयोजित की गई है।
राज्य के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों और संस्थानों से कुल 104 प्राध्यापकों ने इस कार्यशाला में भाग लिया। आयोजन को सफल बनाने में डॉ. एम. जी. हिंगे, डॉ. बी. डी. तोटरे, डॉ. गजानन देशमुख, डॉ. पी. बी. चंदनशिवे, डॉ. महानंदा दळवी, डॉ. संजय संबळकर, डॉ. दिनेश खेडकर और डॉ. मृणाल तांबे सहित अन्य शिक्षकों ने अहम भूमिका निभाई।

कार्यशाला के उपरांत आयोजित परिसंवाद में प्रो. डॉ. उपेन्द्र कुलकर्णी और डॉ. कल्पना पांडे ने “राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक नीति 2025–2029 शैक्षणिक आराखड़ा” तथा “संगठन एवं प्राधिकरण समन्वय” जैसे महत्त्वपूर्ण विषयों पर मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया।
