I don’t hit the gym every day, and that’s okay. But I make sure to stay active in ways that suit my lifestyle. Whether it’s a morning walk, a short home workout, or even stretching after long sitting hours, movement keeps my energy up and clears my head. It also helps me sleep better and feel more positive overall.
