What bothers you and why?
What Bothers Me Deeply (And Why I’ll Never Stay Silent)
We all have something that gets under our skin — something we just can’t ignore. For me, it’s injustice. Not just the kind that makes headlines, but the everyday unfairness we pretend not to see — a silent pain echoing in classrooms, offices, and streets.
I believe respect and dignity aren’t earned — they’re owed. Yet so many people are ignored, judged, or mistreated just because of who they are or what they believe. And what bothers me even more? The silence. The bystanders. The people who see wrong and look away.
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” – Martin Luther King Jr.
Injustice bothers me because silence helps it grow. I can’t stand by while people suffer for no reason. I can’t look the other way and sleep peacefully at night. No, I choose to care. To speak. To act.
I’m not claiming to be a hero — far from it. But if my voice can challenge even a single act of injustice, then it’s worth raising. Even if it trembles.
So, What About You?
What bothers you to the core? What makes you clench your fists or stay up at night thinking? Let it move you. Let it ignite something. Because this world doesn’t need more silence — it needs more *you*.
