पुलिस कार्रवाई: क़त्ल के लिए बंदी बनाए गए 16 गोवंशीय जानवरों को किया गया मुक्त
जालना : जुना जालना स्थित कुरैशी मोहल्ला में पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए क़त्ल के उद्देश्य से अवैध रूप से बंदी बनाकर रखे गए 16 गोवंशीय जानवरों को मुक्त कराया है। यह कार्रवाई 26 जून 2025 को शाम के समय स्थानीय गुन्हा शाखा और कदिम जालना पुलिस स्टेशन की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा की गई।
पुलिस निरीक्षक पंकज जाधव को मिली गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर यह छापेमारी की गई, जिसमें पाया गया कि शकील बासेद कुरैशी (उम्र 60 वर्ष, निवासी कुरैशी मोहल्ला, जुना जालना) ने अपने बाड़े में कुल 16 बैल व गोवंशीय जानवरों को ठूंस-ठूंसकर बंद कर रखा था, जिनकी कुल कीमत लगभग 2,40,000 रुपये आंकी गई है।
इस सूचना की पुष्टि होते ही पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए सभी जानवरों को सुरक्षित कब्जे में लिया और उन्हें देऊलगांव राजा रोड स्थित गोरक्षण पांजरापोल गोशाला में पहुंचाया गया। इस मामले में आरोपी शकील बासेद कुरैशी के खिलाफ प्राणी संरक्षण अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कदिम जालना पुलिस स्टेशन में विधिवत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

संयुक्त कार्रवाई में भाग लेने वाली टीम में शामिल थे: पुलिस निरीक्षक पंकज जाधव, माने, उपनिरीक्षक मोरे, योगेश उबाले, राजेंद्र वाघ तथा पुलिस कर्मचारी सैम्युअल कांबले, जगदीश बावने, दीपक घुगे, गोपाल गोशीक, कैलाश खार्डे, विजय डिक्कर, रमेश राठोड, प्रभाकर वाघ, संदीप चिंचोले, इर्शाद पटेल, किशोर पुंगले और योगेश सहाने।
इसके अलावा कदिम जालना पुलिस स्टेशन के कर्मचारी – राठोड, भाले, बाबा गायकवाड, किरण चेके, शेख, अंसारी और गायकवाड ने भी इस अभियान में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।
पुलिस विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ऐसे अवैध पशु कटाई के मामलों पर आगे भी सख्ती से कार्रवाई की जाएगी और गोवंशीय जानवरों की सुरक्षा हेतु प्राणी संरक्षण कानून का पालन दृढ़ता से किया जाएगा।
