जालना: भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध मुखर और निष्पक्ष आवाज के रूप में पहचान रखने वाली सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अंजली दमानिया आगामी 3 अप्रैल (गुरुवार) को जालना जिले के दौरे पर रहेंगी।
इस दौरान वे दोपहर 3 बजे, रामनगर सहकारी शक्कर कारखाना परिसर में गन्ना उत्पादक किसानों, मजदूरों और कारखाना कर्मचारियों से प्रत्यक्ष संवाद करेंगी।
रामनगर शक्कर कारखाना एक समय जालना-बदनापूर क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए आर्थिक रीढ़ रहा है, किंतु बीते कुछ वर्षों में यह प्रतिष्ठान राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेप और गहरे भ्रष्टाचार की भेंट चढ़ गया।
परिणामस्वरूप, किसानों और मजदूरों को आर्थिक संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, साथ ही उन्हें प्रशासनिक उदासीनता से भी जूझना पड़ रहा है।
इन समस्याओं को लेकर लंबे समय से आंदोलन जारी है, जिसे अब राज्य व राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक समर्थन मिलने लगा है।
इसी कड़ी में, स्थानीय गन्ना उत्पादक किसान, श्रमिक और वरिष्ठ समाज सेवकों के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने हाल ही में अंजली दमानिया से भेंट कर सहकारी शक्कर कारखाना, लालबाग जिनिंग, कृषि उत्पन्न बाजार समिति, जालना महानगरपालिका में फैली अव्यवस्थाओं एवं जिले में बढ़ते अपराधों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
इस पृष्ठभूमि में, अंजली दमानिया 3 अप्रैल को किसानों, कारखाना सदस्यों और मजदूरों से खुला संवाद करेंगी, ताकि उनके मुद्दों को और अधिक प्रभावी रूप से आगे रखा जा सके।
