कामकाजी महिलाओं की सुरक्षा केवल कानूनी नहीं, सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी भी : एडवोकेट अश्विनी धन्नावत
जालना: महिलाओं को कार्यस्थलों पर सुरक्षित वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना और लैंगिक छेड़छाड़ की रोकथाम करना यह न केवल कानून की आवश्यकता है, बल्कि समाज की भी जिम्मेदारी है. ऐसा स्पष्ट मत एड. अश्विनी धन्नावत ने व्यक्त किया।
उन्होंने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार ने 2013 में “कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं के लैंगिक छेड़छाड़ (प्रतिबंध, प्रतिषेध और निवारण) अधिनियम” लागू किया है, जिसके तहत किसी भी कार्यालय, कारखाने या अन्य कार्यक्षेत्र में महिलाओं के साथ छेड़छाड़ होने पर महिलाएं निडर होकर समिति के समक्ष शिकायत कर सकती हैं।
यह मार्गदर्शन बुधवार (24 सितंबर) को डॉ. सुभाषराव ढाकणे विधि महाविद्यालय, जालना में आयोजित कानून विषयक शिविर के दौरान दिया गया। यह कार्यक्रम अखिल भारतीय अधिवक्ता परिषद देवगिरी प्रांत (जालना शाखा) और इनरव्हील क्लब ऑफ जालना होरायझन द्वारा, जिला विधि सेवा प्राधिकरण के सहकार्य से आयोजित किया गया था।
एड. अश्विनी धन्नावत ने “कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं पर लैंगिक छेड़छाड़ प्रतिबंध अधिनियम-2013” विषय पर बोलते हुए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा जारी विशाखा मार्गदर्शक तत्वों से लेकर इस कानून के निर्माण की पूरी पृष्ठभूमि पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने बताया कि इस कानून का उद्देश्य महिलाओं की गरिमा की रक्षा करना, छेड़छाड़ प्रवृत्तियों पर अंकुश लगाना, शिकायतों का त्वरित निवारण और पुनर्वास सुनिश्चित करना है।
कानून की प्रमुख व्यवस्थाएँ
- प्रत्येक कार्यालय में आंतरिक शिकायत समिति की स्थापना
- शिकायत दर्ज करने की समय सीमा
- शिकायतों की जांच और कानूनी कार्यवाही
- त्वरित सहायता और उपाय योजना
- शिकायतों की गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित करना
शिविर में उपस्थित अधिवक्ताओं, प्राध्यापकों और विद्यार्थियों ने व्यावहारिक कठिनाइयों और शंकाओं पर प्रश्न पूछे, जिनका समाधान एड. धन्नावत ने विस्तार से किया।
कार्यक्रम में होरायझन क्लब की अध्यक्षा हेमा जैस्वाल, परिषद के सचिव एड. प्रदीप पटेल, एड. महेश धन्नावत, प्रा. शरद कवानकर, प्राचार्या क्रांतीलक्ष्मी मुदीराज, उपप्राचार्या धनश्री मांटे सहित अनेक प्राध्यापक व गणमान्य उपस्थित थे।
आयोजन के तहत गुरुवार (25 सितंबर) को सीए पीयूष अग्रवाल “आर्थिक साक्षरता” विषय पर मार्गदर्शन करेंगे।
