BJP MLA Santosh Danve’s workers accused of assault, Dr. Akshay’s parents demanded action under the Atrocities Act
जालना: भाजपा विधायक संतोष दानवे के कार्यकर्ताओं पर डॉ. योगेश अक्षय से मारपीट करने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया गया है। इस संबंध में डॉ. अक्षय के माता-पिता ने आज पुलिस अधीक्षक और लक्ष्मण हाके से मुलाकात कर दोषियों के खिलाफ अत्याचार अधिनियम (Atrocity Act) के तहत कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
मामला तब गरमाया जब भोकरदन पशुसंवर्धन विभाग में कार्यरत वैद्यकीय अधिकारी डॉ. योगेश अक्षय और भाजपा विधायक संतोष दानवे के बीच हुए कथित कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग का ऑडियो वायरल हुआ। इसके बाद भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने कथित रूप से डॉ. अक्षय को उनके क्लिनिक में घुसकर पीटा।
डॉ. अक्षय के माता-पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि इस मामले की शिकायत भोकरदन पुलिस थाने में दर्ज कराने के बावजूद अब तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि उनके बेटे के दलित होने के कारण उसके साथ मारपीट की गई और सरकार में बैठे जातिवादी नेताओं के इशारे पर यह हमला हुआ।
इस मामले में पुलिस अधीक्षक और लक्ष्मण हाके से मिलकर दोषी कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है।
