जालना में हत्या के दोषी को उम्रकैद की सजा — कबाड़ के पैसों के विवाद से जुड़ा मामला

जालना की जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय क्रमांक-03 ने 29 मई 2025 को ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए एक हत्या के आरोपी को भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 302 के तहत आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई। आरोपी पर ₹5000 का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है, जिसे न भरने की स्थिति में 2 वर्ष का अतिरिक्त कारावास भुगतना होगा।
🔍 घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण
यह मामला 7 दिसंबर 2023 की रात का है। मृतक संतोष अशोक डूकरे (40 वर्ष), निवासी नांदखेडा (परभणी), और आरोपी देवानंद उर्फ लल्या सर्जेराव सातारे (36 वर्ष), निवासी सिरसवाडी, दोनों जालना शहर में कबाड़ बीनने का काम करते थे।
भंगार की बिक्री के पैसों के बंटवारे को लेकर दोनों में विवाद हो गया था। इसी रंजिश में आरोपी ने टाउन हॉल के पास सो रहे संतोष पर भारी पत्थर से हमला कर दिया। हमला इतना घातक था कि संतोष को दाहिनी जांघ पर गंभीर चोट आई और उसकी मृत्यु उपचार के दौरान हो गई।
📝 पुलिसिया कार्रवाई
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही कदीम पुलिस ने धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया। जांच के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट न्यायालय में दायर की।
👨⚖️ न्यायालय में सुनवाई
सुनवाई के दौरान सरकारी पक्ष ने कुल 9 गवाहों को अदालत में पेश किया। इनमें फिर्यादी, पंच गवाह, और पुलिस निरीक्षक पी. एन. बहूरे की गवाही निर्णायक रही। न्यायालय ने सभी साक्ष्यों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए आरोपी को दोषी करार दिया।

इस महत्वपूर्ण मामले की पैरवी अतिरिक्त सरकारी अभियोक्ता एड. अशोक बी. सोनवणे ने की। जिला सरकारी वकील कार्यालय की टीम ने भी गंभीरता से न्यायिक कार्यवाही में योगदान दिया।
