जालना के जर्जर दरवाज़ों पर हाईकोर्ट सख्त — पानी बेस को लेकर नागरिकों की मांग तेज, 20 अगस्त को अंतिम सुनवाई
जालना: जालना शहर की पहचान रहे ऐतिहासिक दरवाजों की जर्जर हालत को लेकर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट की औरंगाबाद खंडपीठ ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। अधिवक्ता महेश सीताराम धन्नावत द्वारा दायर रिट याचिका क्रमांक 5688/2025 पर सुनवाई करते हुए अदालत ने प्रशासन व संबंधित अधिकारियों से जवाब तलब किया है।
हाई कोर्ट की कार्यवाही
30 अप्रैल 2025 को न्यायमूर्ति मंगेश एस. पाटिल और वाय. जी. खोबरागड़े की खंडपीठ ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए 20 अगस्त 2025 को अंतिम सुनवाई की तारीख निर्धारित की है। यह याचिका अब लोकहित याचिका (PIL) क्रमांक 49/2022 के साथ सूचीबद्ध की जाएगी। याचिकाकर्ता की तरफ से एड. ओम माहेश्वरी जाधव ने पैरवी की।
मामले की पृष्ठभूमि
याचिकाकर्ता महेश धन्नावत ने पहले भी 2021 और 2023 में उपविभागीय अधिकारी व नगर परिषद को पत्र लिखकर दरवाज़ों को हटाने की मांग की थी। सिविल टेक नासिक की तकनीकी रिपोर्ट के अनुसार शहर के 9 में से 7 दरवाज़े असुरक्षित घोषित किए गए हैं।
स्वामित्व पर प्रशासनिक अस्पष्टता
मानवाधिकार आयोग के समक्ष दाखिल हलफनामे के अनुसार कुछ दरवाजे वक्फ, निजी व नगर परिषद के अधीन हैं, लेकिन स्पष्ट स्वामित्व प्रमाण न होने के कारण कार्रवाई में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है।
पानी बेस को लेकर नागरिकों की मांग
शहर के बीचोंबीच स्थित ‘पानी बेस’ को हटाने की मांग लगातार तेज़ हो रही है। नागरिकों का कहना है कि यह न सिर्फ यातायात को बाधित कर रहा है बल्कि शहरी विकास में भी अड़चन बन रहा है।
एड धन्नावत की दलील
एड. धन्नावत ने कोर्ट में दलील दी कि यदि समय रहते यह जर्जर संरचनाएं नहीं हटाई गईं, तो कोई बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है — जैसा हाल ही में मुंबई में होर्डिंग गिरने से हुआ था।
अब यह देखना अहम होगा कि हाईकोर्ट के हस्तक्षेप के बाद प्रशासन व महानगरपालिका क्या रुख अपनाते हैं। क्या यह ढांचे हटाए जाएंगे या मामला फिर से कानूनी उलझनों में फंस जाएगा?
