Maratha reservation movement: Manoj Jarange ends fast on government’s assurance
जालना:मराठा आरक्षण कार्यकर्ता मनोज जरांगे ने गुरुवार को पांच दिनों तक चले अनशन को समाप्त कर दिया। वह मराठा समुदाय को अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) के तहत आरक्षण देने की मांग कर रहे थे. अनशन समाप्त करने की घोषणा विधायक सुरेश धस और जिलाधिकारी डॉ. श्रीकृष्ण पंचाल की मौजूदगी में हुई. हालांकि, जरांगे ने चेतावनी दी कि अगर सरकार ने उनकी मांगें पूरी नहीं कीं, तो मराठा समुदाय मुंबई कूच करेगा.
*सरकार का आश्वासन और मांगों पर सहमति
मीडिया से बात करते हुए, मनोज जरांगे ने बताया कि सरकार ने उनकी कई मांगों को स्वीकार करने का आश्वासन दिया है,इनमें शामिल हैं:
- शिंदे समिति को दोबारा सक्रिय करना (जो पहले निलंबित की गई थी).
- मराठा आंदोलनकारियों के खिलाफ दर्ज सभी मामले वापस लेना.
- कुनबी जाति प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने के लिए अलग प्रकोष्ठ बनाना.
- मराठा समुदाय को आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) के लाभ उपलब्ध कराना.
- आंदोलन के दौरान जान गंवाने वाले मराठा प्रदर्शनकारियों के परिजनों को मुआवजा देना.
हालांकि, उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि सरकार ने सगे सोयरे मसौदा अधिसूचना (जिसके तहत मराठाओं को कुंभी OBC में शामिल किया जाना है) को लागू करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय मांगा है.
जरांगे ने कहा, “सरकार ने मसौदा अधिसूचना के क्रियान्वयन के लिए और समय मांगा है. हम सरकार को थोड़ा समय दे रहे हैं, लेकिन अगर हमारी मांगें पूरी नहीं हुईं, तो आंदोलन तेज होगा.”
*मराठा समुदाय का संघर्ष जारी रहेगा
इस अनशन के साथ सैकड़ों मराठा प्रदर्शनकारियों ने भी अपना उपवास समाप्त किया. कई प्रदर्शनकारियों की स्वास्थ्य स्थिति बिगड़ने पर उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ा. बुधवार को जरांगे की सेहत भी बिगड़ गई थी, जिसके बाद विधायक सुरेश धस के अनुरोध पर उन्हें सलाइन चढ़ाई गई. अनशन समाप्त करते हुए, जरांगे ने पहले अपने साथियों को पानी पिलाया, फिर खुद पानी ग्रहण किया, जिससे सामूहिक एकता का संदेश दिया.
हालांकि, अनशन समाप्त करने की घोषणा के बावजूद, जरांगे ने आंदोलन जारी रखने का संकल्प दोहराया. उन्होंने कहा, “मैंने सिर्फ अनशन स्थगित किया है, संघर्ष नहीं. हम जल्द ही मुंबई कूच की तारीख घोषित करेंगे. यदि सरकार ने हमारी मांगें नहीं मानीं, तो मुंबई ठप हो जाएगी. लेकिन मराठा आंदोलनकारियों द्वारा किसी भी तरह की हिंसा नहीं होने दी जाएगी.”
*मुख्यमंत्री को चेतावनी: ‘मराठा समाज से विश्वासघात मत करो’
जरांगे ने महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस से आग्रह किया कि वे मराठा समुदाय से किए गए वादों को पूरा करें। उन्होंने चेताया, “यदि हमारी मांगें नहीं मानी गईं, तो मराठा समुदाय की बैठक बुलाई जाएगी और मुंबई कूच की तारीख तय की जाएगी. मराठा समाज से धोखा बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा.”
गौरतलब है कि 1 सितंबर 2023 से अब तक मनोज जरांगे सात बार अनिश्चितकालीन अनशन कर चुके हैं. वे लगातार सरकार से मराठा समुदाय को OBC सूची में शामिल करने के लिए सगे सोयरे मसौदा अधिसूचना को लागू करने की मांग कर रहे हैं.
