Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Iran will only participate in talks if two previously agreed steps are implemented — a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of Iran’s frozen financial assets.

According to a report by Reuters, Ghalibaf stated on Friday that these measures were already part of earlier understandings between the parties but have not yet been carried out.
