जालना में बकरा बाजार को लेकर हंगामा — गोसेवा आयोग के आदेश के बावजूद व्यापारियों और प्रशासन में टकराव

राज्य गौ सेवा आयोग द्वारा 3 से 8 जून तक सभी जानवरों के बाजारों पर अस्थायी रोक के आदेश के बावजूद, मंगलवार को जालना कृषि उत्पन्न बाजार समिति में बकरा बाजार लगने से भारी हंगामा हो गया।
ईद-उल-अजहा (बकरीद) के मद्देनज़र बड़ी संख्या में पशुपालक और ग्राहक बकरों की खरीदारी के लिए पहुंचे, जिससे बाजार परिसर में जबरदस्त भीड़ और अफरा-तफरी मच गई।
हालांकि आयोग के आदेशों के अनुसार, गोवंश हत्या प्रतिबंध कानून के अंतर्गत सभी जानवरों के बाजार एक सप्ताह तक बंद रहने चाहिए थे, फिर भी बकरों को बाजार में बिक्री हेतु लाया गया।
इस स्थिति को लेकर बाजार समिति के अधिकारियों और व्यापारियों के बीच तीखी बहस हुई और मामला इतना बढ़ गया कि पुलिस को मौके पर बुलाना पड़ा।
पुलिस और बाजार समिति के सचिव ने हस्तक्षेप करते हुए बकरा बेचने आए पशुपालकों को जानवर वापस ले जाने का निर्देश दिया, जिससे नाराज पशुपालकों और व्यापारियों में रोष फैल गया।
व्यापारियों ने सवाल उठाया कि जब बकरा गोवंश की श्रेणी में नहीं आता, तो बाजार पर यह पाबंदी किस आधार पर लगाई गई?
ज्ञात हो कि जालना कृषि उत्पन्न बाजार समिति ने भी राज्य आयोग के निर्देश के तहत यह स्पष्ट किया था कि 3 से 8 जून तक कोई भी पशु बाजार नहीं लगेगा। इसके बावजूद बकरा बाजार लगने से नियमों की अनदेखी और प्रशासनिक भ्रम की स्थिति पैदा हो गई।
व्यापारियों और पशुपालकों का कहना है कि प्रशासन की यह कार्रवाई अनुचित, भ्रामक और आर्थिक रूप से नुकसानदायक है। उनका यह भी आरोप है कि गोवंश के नाम पर बकरों की बिक्री पर रोक लगाना कानून की गलत व्याख्या है।
