मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस को सौंपा गया ज्ञापन

जालना – भारतीय संस्कृति के रिश्तों और मूल्यों की रक्षा के साथ-साथ समाज में बढ़ती विकृतियों पर नियंत्रण के लिए बाल न्याय मंडल की सदस्य एडवोकेट अश्विनी महेश धन्नावत ने एक अहम कदम उठाया है। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया, वेब सीरीज और विभिन्न एप्स पर दिखाई जाने वाली अश्लील विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ आवाज उठाते हुए मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस को ज्ञापन भेजा है।

अपने ज्ञापन में एडवोकेट अश्विनी महेश धन्नावत ने भारतीय संस्कृति में रिश्तों के महत्व को रेखांकित किया है और सास-बहू, ससुर-बहू, भाई-भाभी जैसे रिश्तों में सम्मान को बनाए रखने की बात कही है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि सोशल मीडिया और ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से इन रिश्तों को दूषित करने की साजिश रची जा रही है। विशेष रूप से ट्रूकॉलर और गूगल सर्च जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म पर दिखाई देने वाले अश्लील विज्ञापनों से युवाओं पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।

एडवोकेट धन्नावत का कहना है कि मोबाइल और इंटरनेट के बढ़ते उपयोग के कारण बच्चों को शिक्षा के साथ-साथ इन अनावश्यक विज्ञापनों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिससे उनके मन पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ रहा है और अपराध प्रवृत्तियां बढ़ रही हैं। इसे रोकने और समाज को सकारात्मक दिशा में ले जाने के लिए सरकार को तुरंत कड़े कदम उठाने चाहिए।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिस गंभीरता से विकसित देश इस मुद्दे पर ध्यान देते हैं, उसी गंभीरता से हमारे राज्य के नेताओं को भी इस दिशा में कार्य करना चाहिए। बच्चों के भविष्य और समाज में रिश्तों पर विश्वास बनाए रखने के लिए इन चीजों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
