Shlok Agrawal Praises a Pioneering Woman Leader
Speaking at the event, Shlok Agrawal drew a parallel between Goddess Shailputri, worshipped on the first day of Navratri, and Smt. Padmadevi Bhartiya’s pioneering role in the community.
“She opened the doors of politics for women in the Agrawal community. Her hard work and leadership helped create a path for women to participate in public life. Her legacy continues to inspire the younger generation,” Shlok Agrawal said, while praising the work carried forward by Jagdishji Bhartiya.
Jagdishji Bhartiya thanked the organisers and everyone present at the ceremony.

A Celebration of Women’s Leadership and Community Service
The felicitation reflected the Agrawal community’s spirit of unity, tradition and respect for its leaders. By honouring a woman who helped create opportunities for greater female participation in public life, the Yuva Agrawal Team highlighted the importance of recognising women’s contributions beyond ceremonial occasions.
The event became a tribute to women’s leadership, community service and the legacy of pioneering figures in Jalna’s public life.
