ऑनलाइन गेमिंग पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सख्ती, एड. अश्विनी धन्नावत ने जताया समर्थन
कहा – “डिजिटल जुए से युवाओं को बचाना जरूरी”
जालना (प्रतिनिधि): देशभर में ऑनलाइन गेमिंग और जुए के बढ़ते खतरे को देखते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कड़ा रुख अपनाया है। कोर्ट ने सभी राज्य सरकारों के साथ-साथ भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED), ट्राई, गूगल इंडिया, एप्पल इंडिया और ड्रीम 11, एमपीएल, A23 गेम्स जैसी कंपनियों को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है।
इस कार्रवाई का स्वागत करते हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता अश्विनी महेश धन्नावत ने कहा कि भारतीय संस्कृति को कमजोर करने वाले इन डिजिटल जुए के अड्डों पर अब कठोर कार्रवाई होना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने बताया कि वे लंबे समय से इन एप्स पर प्रतिबंध की मांग कर रही हैं।
एड. धन्नावत ने कहा कि कोरोना काल में शिक्षा प्रणाली के डिजिटल होने से बच्चों और युवाओं के हाथों में मोबाइल आ गया। इसका दुरुपयोग बढ़ा और ऑनलाइन गेमिंग व जुए का चलन युवाओं में तेजी से बढ़ा। उन्होंने तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे को भी ईमेल के माध्यम से इस विषय पर जागरूक किया था।
उन्होंने कहा कि मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया पर बड़े सितारों द्वारा इन गेम्स का प्रचार किया जाता है, जिससे युवा और बच्चे इनके शिकार बन रहे हैं। ड्रीम 11, एमपीएल और A23 जैसे ऐप्स मानसिक, नैतिक और आर्थिक गुलामी का कारण बन रहे हैं। लाखों युवा इनके आदी हो गए हैं और उनका शैक्षणिक व निजी जीवन प्रभावित हो रहा है।
एडवोकेट धन्नावत ने केंद्र सरकार से मांग की है कि इन एप्स पर तत्काल प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए, इनके विज्ञापन और भुगतान गेटवे बंद किए जाएं और संबंधित कंपनियों पर अपराध दर्ज किए जाएं।
उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वे स्वयं इस मुद्दे को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर करेंगी। साथ ही उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे बच्चों की मोबाइल गतिविधियों पर नजर रखें और समाज में जागरूकता फैलाएं। जालना जिले में इस विषय पर जनजागृति अभियान भी शुरू किया गया है।
