जिला महिला अस्पताल में जन्म प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए नागरिकों को घंटों कतारों में खड़े रहना और बार-बार चक्कर लगाना पड़ रहा है। सभी दस्तावेज पूरे होने के बावजूद प्रमाणपत्र जारी होने में हो रही देरी से माता-पिता, रिश्तेदार और दूर-दराज से आए लोग बेहद परेशान हैं। स्कूल प्रवेश, आधार कार्ड और पासपोर्ट जैसे जरूरी काम अटकने से नागरिकों का गुस्सा अब उबाल पर है, और जिलाधिकारी से त्वरित हस्तक्षेप की मांग तेज हो गई है।

समय पर जन्म प्रमाणपत्र न मिलने से स्कूल प्रवेश, आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट सहित कई शासकीय योजनाओं के कार्य बाधित हो रहे हैं। सोमवार दोपहर लगभग 12 बजे नागरिकों ने मीडिया से बातचीत में नाराजगी जताते हुए बताया कि उन्हें सुबह से कतार में खड़ा रहना पड़ता है और कई बार अस्पताल के चक्कर काटने पड़ते हैं।

नागरिकों ने बताया कि वितरण प्रक्रिया में लगातार हो रही देरी से समय, धन और श्रम की बर्बादी हो रही है। अस्पताल प्रशासन से उचित मार्गदर्शन न मिलने पर असंतोष और बढ़ गया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि महिला अस्पताल की अधीक्षक एम.एस. गवारे को कई बार शिकायत देने के बावजूद कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया।

नागरिकों ने जिलाधिकारी से तत्काल हस्तक्षेप कर जन्म प्रमाणपत्र वितरण प्रक्रिया को सरल और समयबद्ध करने की मांग की है, ताकि आमजन को राहत मिल सके।
