Reuters reported that Oura had targeted raising about $2.2 billion in its U.S. IPO. The decision comes as higher bond yields and market volatility affect investor appetite for new offerings.

The U.S. IPO market remains active, but companies are increasingly assessing timing, valuation and investor demand before proceeding with listings.
