जालना डूबा बारिश की बाढ़ में: 3 घंटे में टूटा 50 साल का रिकॉर्ड, जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त
जालना: मंगलवार (16 सितंबर) का दिन जालना के लिए हमेशा के लिए यादगार बन गया — सिर्फ तीन घंटों में 116 मिमी बारिश ने शहर और आसपास के ग्रामीण इलाकों को थम सा दिया। यह दरअसल पिछले 50 सालों का सबसे भारी-भरकम रिकॉर्ड है, जिसकी पुष्टि कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, खरपुडी के मौसम विशेषज्ञों ने की है।
50 साल में पहली बार इतनी तीव्र बारिश
कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के रिकॉर्ड और मौसम विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, पिछले दशकों के आंकड़ों में इतने कम समय में इतनी तीव्रता वाली वर्षा पहले दर्ज नहीं हुई। इस बार मानसून की तीव्रता असामान्य रही और यही वजह है कि शहर के कई निचले हिस्से पानी में डूब गए।
भारी बारिश का कारण
मौसम वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि विदर्भ और तेलंगाना की सीमा पर बने निम्न दबाव क्षेत्र (Low Pressure Belt) के कारण मराठवाड़ा में बादलों का घना जमाव रहा। इसी के चलते तेज़ बारिश और गरज-चमक देखने को मिली। विशेषज्ञ अगले 2–3 दिनों तक बारिश की संभावना बरकरार बता रहे हैं।
शहरी जीवन पर असर
शहर के कई निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है, जिससे यातायात बाधित हुआ और आम दिनचर्या ठप पड़ गई। बाजारों व मोहल्लों में घरों और दुकानों में पानी घुसने की घटनाएँ दर्ज की गई हैं। प्रशासन ने प्रभावित इलाकों में सतर्कता बरतने के निर्देश दे दिए हैं।
ग्रामीणों की चिंता — फसलों को खतरा
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खेतों में जलभराव के कारण फसलों को नुकसान पहुंचने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। किसानों के लिए यह बारिश कुछ जगहों पर राहत लेकर आई है परंतु अधिक पानी कई फसलों के लिए जोखिम बन सकता है।
अब तक का वर्षा आंकड़ा
मई से अब तक जालना जिले में कुल 962 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की जा चुकी है — जो सामान्य से काफी अधिक है। यह आंकड़ा क्षेत्रीय जल स्रोतों और खेती के लिए वरदान और चुनौती दोनों है।
आगे का मौसम पूर्वानुमान
कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र के मौसम विश्लेषक पंडित वासरे के अनुसार मराठवाड़ा में अगले 2–3 दिनों तक बारी-बारी से बारिश रहने का अनुमान है। अक्टूबर के दूसरे सप्ताह में महाराष्ट्र में वापसी वाला मानसून (Retreating Monsoon) भी अपेक्षित है, जो मौसम में और बदलाव ला सकता है।
प्रशासन की अपील
जिला प्रशासन ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे नदी-नालों और पुलों के पास जाने से बचें और जलजमाव वाले इलाकों में अनावश्यक आवाजाही न करें। आपातकालीन सेवाएँ अलर्ट पर रखी गई हैं और प्रभावित इलाकों में सहायता कार्य चालू हैं।
