वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक के विरोध में SDPI ने राष्ट्रपति को सौंपा ज्ञापन, संविधान उल्लंघन का आरोप

सोशल डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (SDPI) की जालना जिला इकाई ने वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक 2024 के विरोध में महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के नाम जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन सौंपा। पार्टी ने इस विधेयक को असंवैधानिक बताते हुए वक्फ संपत्तियों पर सरकारी कब्जे की साजिश करार दिया।
ज्ञापन में उठाए गए मुख्य बिंदु:
- धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का उल्लंघन: प्रस्तावित संशोधन संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25 और 26 का उल्लंघन करते हैं, जिससे मुस्लिम समुदाय के धार्मिक मामलों में सीधा हस्तक्षेप होगा।
- समानता के अधिकार का हनन: अनुच्छेद 14 के अंतर्गत सभी नागरिकों को समान अधिकार प्राप्त हैं, लेकिन यह विधेयक वक्फ संपत्तियों को सरकार के पूर्ण नियंत्रण में देने का प्रयास करता है।
- संपत्ति अधिकारों का खतरा: अनुच्छेद 31A और 300A के अनुसार धार्मिक संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की गई है, परंतु यह विधेयक उस सुरक्षा को कमजोर करता है और वक्फ संपत्तियों की जब्ती का रास्ता खोलता है।
- सरकारी नियंत्रण पर आपत्ति: विधेयक वक्फ बोर्ड की स्वायत्तता समाप्त कर देगा और वक्फ संपत्तियों की बिक्री तथा लीज पर सरकार का सीधा नियंत्रण होगा।
- सांस्कृतिक धरोहर को खतरा: वक्फ संपत्तियां धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक धरोहर हैं। इन पर सरकारी हस्तक्षेप से देश की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है।
SDPI की प्रमुख मांगें:
- महामहिम राष्ट्रपति इस विधेयक को तुरंत वापस लेने का आदेश दें।
- वक्फ बोर्ड की स्वायत्तता को यथावत रखा जाए।
- विधेयक के प्रभाव का अध्ययन करने के लिए स्वतंत्र राष्ट्रीय आयोग गठित किया जाए।
- किसी भी संशोधन से पहले मुस्लिम समुदाय, धार्मिक विद्वानों व कानून विशेषज्ञों से परामर्श लिया जाए।
SDPI नेताओं का बयान:
जिला अध्यक्ष असदुल्ला रजवी, जिला सचिव इरफान खान, जिला कमेटी सदस्य खुर्रम खान, शफी बागवान, सय्यद सादिक और शेख उज़ेफ समेत अन्य कार्यकर्ताओं ने कहा कि यह विधेयक न केवल मुस्लिम समुदाय के अधिकारों का हनन करता है बल्कि देश की धर्मनिरपेक्षता को भी खतरे में डालता है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि विधेयक पारित हुआ तो उसका तीव्र विरोध किया जाएगा।
