डॉ. जुमा खान का इंतकाल
जालना : जमीयत उलमा के वरिष्ठ और सम्मानित सदस्य डॉ. जुमा खान का मंगलवार को 78 वर्ष की आयु में इंतकाल हो गया। उनके निधन की खबर से शहर भर में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई और गमगीन माहौल छा गया।
बुधवार को नमाज-ए-अस्र के बाद उन्हें राजाबाग शेर सवार कब्रिस्तान में हजारों लोगों की मौजूदगी में सुपुर्द-ए-खाक किया गया।
डॉ. जुमा खान अपने पीछे एक बेटा, एक बेटी और पत्नी सहित भरा-पूरा परिवार छोड़ गए हैं। वे जीवन भर सामाजिक सेवा, धार्मिक जागरूकता और इंसानी हक़ों की लड़ाई में सक्रिय रहे।
शहर के कई सामाजिक संगठनों और प्रतिष्ठित नागरिकों ने उनके निधन को एक अपूरणीय क्षति बताया है। उनके योगदान को लंबे समय तक याद रखा जाएगा।
