Police took major action against illegal gambling dens in Bhokardan, goods worth ₹5.51 lakh seized
भोकरदन, 27 फरवरी 2025: शहर में अवैध जुआ अड्डों पर पुलिस ने ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई करते हुए चार स्थानों पर छापेमारी की। इस दौरान 10 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया और उनके पास से कुल ₹5,51,100 का माल जब्त किया गया, जिसमें ₹51,100 नकद और ₹5,00,000 की मारुति ईको कार शामिल है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के नाम:
- अकरम खान रऊफ खान पठान (50 वर्ष) – निवासी सिवना
- कलीम अफजल शेख (42 वर्ष) – निवासी सिवना
- वाजीद असलम पठान (32 वर्ष) – निवासी सिवना
- शुभम देवानंद दहीभाते (30 वर्ष) – निवासी धामणगांव बडे
- इकबाल खान यारुखान पठान (32 वर्ष) – निवासी धामणगांव बडे
- शेख नूर हनीफ (39 वर्ष) – निवासी सिवना
- विष्णु लक्ष्मण मटाले (35 वर्ष) – निवासी जुंबळा
- शेख असलम सांडु – निवासी धामणगांव बडे
- शेख करीम शेख नसीम – जिला बुलढाणा
- सुनील पगारे – निवासी भोकरदन
इन सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के मार्गदर्शन में हुई कार्रवाई
इस पूरी कार्रवाई का नेतृत्व पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अजयकुमार बंसल, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री आयुष नोपाणी, और उपविभागीय पुलिस अधिकारी श्री गणपत दराडे के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया।
इस ऑपरेशन को सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम देने में पुलिस निरीक्षक किरण बिडवे, पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक राकेश नेटके, पो.अ. संदीप भुतेकर, जावेद शेख और किशोर मोरे (पुलिस थाना भोकरदन) की अहम भूमिका रही।
पुलिस प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि अवैध जुए के अड्डों के खिलाफ ऐसी ही सख्त कार्रवाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी।
