जबरदस्त संघर्ष! जालना में मजदूरों ने शुरू की अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल, प्रलंबित वेतन की मांग तेज
जालना के सामाजिक वनीकरण विभाग के मजदूरों ने वर्षों से लंबित बकाया और अन्य अधिकारों की मांग को लेकर सोमवार से अनिश्चितकालीन धरना-भूख हड़ताल शुरू कर दी है। मराठवाड़ा सर्व श्रमिक संघटना ने आंदोलन को प्रशासन के लिए स्पष्ट चेतावनी करार दिया है — मजदूर अब और प्रतीक्षा के लिये तैयार नहीं हैं।
संघटना ने कहा है कि यह संघर्ष मजदूरों के कानूनी और आर्थिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए है। आंदोलन में शामिल मजदूरों का कहना है कि उन्होंने कई बार स्थानीय प्रशासन से समस्या उठाई, पर समाधान नहीं हुआ — इसलिए अब उन्होंने यह संगठित कदम उठाया है।
मजदूरों की प्रमुख मांगें
- लंबित वेतन की तत्काल और पूरी अदायगी।
- नियमित पहचान पत्र और हाजिरी मस्टर रोल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।
- सुधारित विशेष भत्ते के साथ न्यूनतम वेतन लागू करना।
- वेतन का सीधे बैंक खातों में भुगतान और भुगतान का प्रमाण।
- मासिक वेतन वितरण का विस्तृत विवरण (पेय-शीट) प्रदान करना।
- वेतन विसंगतियों और विलंब के मामलों में कड़ी कार्रवाई।
आंदोलन के नेता और चेतावनी
संघटना के संयुक्त सचिव कॉमरेड सोहम प्रकाश बोदवड़े, तहसील अध्यक्ष कॉमरेड शंकर लोखंडे तथा तहसील उपाध्यक्ष कॉमरेड गणेश जाधव ने कहा है कि मांगें अगर नहीं मानी गयीं तो आंदोलन और व्यापक रूप लेगा। उन्होंने प्रशासन को स्पष्ट रूप से चेतावनी दी है कि जब तक ये मांगें पूरी नहीं होंगी, आंदोलन जारी रहेगा।

महत्वपूर्ण: संघटना ने कहा है कि आंदोलन के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की जीवन हानि या स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्या होने की स्थिति में पूरी जिम्मेदारी प्रशासन पर होगी। संघटना ने जिले के सभी संबंधित मजदूरों से एकजुट होने का आह्वान किया है।
