302 बोगस डॉक्टर! जालना में इलाज के नाम पर चल रही मौत की दुकानें
601 निजी डॉक्टरों में से केवल 299 ही पंजीकृत, स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जांच में खुला बड़ा फर्जीवाड़ा – ग्रामीण इलाकों में सबसे अधिक खतरा
जालना: क्या आपके इलाज का भरोसा जिस डॉक्टर पर है, वो असली भी है या नहीं? कहीं आप किसी बोगस डॉक्टर के झांसे में तो नहीं आ गए? जालना जिले में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की जांच में एक चौंकाने वाला सच सामने आया है — 601 निजी डॉक्टरों में से सिर्फ 299 ही वैध रूप से पंजीकृत हैं, यानी 302 डॉक्टर बिना किसी अधिकृत पंजीयन के इलाज कर रहे हैं!
ये सिर्फ आंकड़े नहीं, बल्कि उन सैकड़ों मासूम मरीजों की जिंदगी से हो रहा खतरनाक खिलवाड़ है। ग्रामीण इलाकों में तो ये फर्जी डॉक्टर बिना किसी डर के मौत के सौदागर बन बैठे हैं। सवाल ये है — अब तक इन पर लगाम क्यों नहीं लगी? और जनता को कब मिलेगा सुरक्षित और वैध इलाज का हक?
ग्रामीण इलाकों में गंभीर खतरा
स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बोगस डॉक्टरों की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ रही है। खासतौर से उन क्षेत्रों में जहां सरकारी चिकित्सक उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, वहां फर्जी डॉक्टरों की दुकानें बेरोकटोक चल रही हैं। इनसे इलाज कराना मरीजों के लिए जानलेवा साबित हो सकता है।
ऐसे फर्जी डॉक्टर न तो प्रशिक्षित होते हैं और न ही किसी वैध संस्था से प्रमाणित। महाराष्ट्र शुश्रूषा गृह अधिनियम 1949 के तहत इनका इलाज देना अवैध है।
पहले भी चला था अभियान, अब फिर हुई शुरुआत
2024 में आरोग्य विभाग ने जिले भर में बोगस डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ एक विशेष अभियान चलाया था। उस समय बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे डॉक्टरों की पहचान कर कार्रवाई की गई थी। लेकिन समय के साथ वह अभियान ठंडा पड़ गया। अब दोबारा से इस अभियान को सक्रिय किया गया है।
जिला परिषद को अब तक 21 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई हैं, जिनकी जांच संबंधित तहसील आरोग्य अधिकारी और स्वास्थ्य विस्तार अधिकारी कर रहे हैं।

अब तक जिले में कुल 41 बोगस डॉक्टरों पर कार्रवाई की जा चुकी है:
- जालना तहसील – 13
- बदनापूर – 6
- अंबड – 1
- घनसावंगी – 7
- परतूर – 2
- मंठा – 1
- भोकरदन – 2
IMA की चेतावनी
इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (IMA), जालना के पूर्व अध्यक्ष डॉ. संभाजी मुंडे ने बताया कि जो डॉक्टर IMA के सदस्य हैं, वे सभी नियमों का पालन करते हैं और समय पर पंजीयन कराते हैं। जो डॉक्टर अब तक पंजीकरण नहीं करा पाए हैं, उन्हें तत्काल पंजीकरण करा लेना चाहिए।
पंजीकरण की स्थिति – तहसीलवार
तहसील स्तर पर डॉक्टरों की संख्या और पंजीकरण की स्थिति कुछ इस प्रकार है:
- जालना – 66 में से 45 पंजीकृत
- बदनापूर – 57 में से 34
- अंबड – 69 में से 37
- घनसावंगी – 102 में से 46
- परतूर – 89 में से 29
- मंठा – 85 में से 33
- भोकरदन – 85 में से 27
- जाफराबाद – 48 में से सभी 48 पंजीकृत
जनता को सतर्क रहने की जरूरत
इन आंकड़ों से स्पष्ट है कि जिले में फर्जी डॉक्टरों की समस्या गंभीर रूप धारण कर चुकी है। आम नागरिकों को जागरूक होने की जरूरत है कि वे इलाज से पहले यह सुनिश्चित करें कि डॉक्टर वैध रूप से पंजीकृत है या नहीं।
साथ ही, सरकार और आरोग्य विभाग को भी इस दिशा में सतत निगरानी और सख्त कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करनी होगी। फर्जी डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाना अब वक्त की मांग है।
समाप्ति: अब भी समय है – जागिए!
सिर्फ कागजों पर नहीं, बल्कि जमीनी स्तर पर कार्रवाई से ही मरीजों की जान बचाई जा सकती है। आम लोगों को भी सतर्क रहकर ऐसे अनधिकृत डॉक्टरों की पहचान कर स्वास्थ्य विभाग को सूचित करना चाहिए।
