Cornell University’s Chi Phi chapter remains barred from campus following the 2024 allegations that have now prompted a renewed criminal investigation.
Cornell said its internal offices investigated and adjudicated the allegations under university procedures. The university has stated that disciplinary sanctions included suspensions and expulsions, while federal privacy rules limit disclosure of individual student records.
