LONDON: World champions Spain came from behind to defeat England 3-2 at Wembley in a thrilling opening-round match of the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League.
England took control during the first half, but Spain responded after the break and turned the match around. Mikel Oyarzabal scored the decisive goal after England had missed a penalty through Harry Kane.
