Who won the two seats?

According to Kaniva Tonga’s October 8 reporting, Alvin Lafu Sika won the Tongatapu 2 seat and ʻAminiasi Tonga Pauʻu Tangimana won Niua 17. Both are relatives of former members whose seats became vacant after court rulings relating to electoral offences. Their victories are election results, not findings about the new lawmakers’ own conduct.
