Qatar has a hot desert climate. Winters are generally mild, while summer brings very high temperatures and humidity.

Winter

November through February is generally more comfortable for outdoor sightseeing, desert trips and walking around Doha.

Spring

March and April can be pleasant, although temperatures rise toward summer.

Summer

June through August can be extremely hot. Indoor attractions and activities at suitable times are more practical.

Autumn

October brings gradually cooler conditions, with outdoor comfort improving later in the season.
