AIIB Debars Beijing Technology Company for Three Years Over Fraudulent Practice

BEIJING, September 29, 2026: The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank has barred Beijing Pan’an Yunchuang Technology Co., Ltd. from participating in additional AIIB-funded contracts for three years.

AIIB said the company engaged in a fraudulent practice during a procurement process for security-software maintenance by failing to disclose an actual and potential conflict of interest and making a misleading declaration. citeturn1search3

Sanction

The debarment was imposed by AIIB’s Sanctions Officer under the bank’s Policy on Prohibited Practices. The sanction makes the company ineligible to receive or participate in additional contracts covered by the policy during the three-year period.

AIIB integrity system

The bank said investigations into prohibited practices are handled by its Complaints-Resolution, Evaluation, and Integrity Unit, while sanctions are subject to the bank’s established review and appeals procedures.
