कुंडलिका-सीना नदी अतिक्रमण मुक्ति पर तेज हुई प्रशासनिक हलचल, आंदोलन टालने की महापालिका की अपील
जालना: जालना शहर की कुंडलिका-सीना नदी पर हो रहे अतिक्रमण को हटाने की मांग को लेकर सामाजिक संगठनों द्वारा 1 अप्रैल से प्रस्तावित बेमियादी साखळी आंदोलन के मद्देनजर जिला प्रशासन ने तेजी से सक्रियता दिखाई है।
इस विषय को लेकर जिलाधिकारी डॉ. श्रीकृष्ण पांचाल ने 2 अप्रैल को संबंधित अधिकारियों की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक दोपहर 4 बजे जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में बुलाई है। इसी के साथ महानगरपालिका ने भी सामाजिक संगठनों से संवाद कर आंदोलन टालने की अपील की है।
* आंदोलन की पृष्ठभूमि:
बार-बार आश्वासन के बावजूद अतिक्रमण हटाने की दिशा में ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं होने से नाराज़ सामाजिक संगठन अब आक्रामक रुख अपना चुके हैं। इसी के तहत उन्होंने “आओ, नदी बचाएं” अभियान के अंतर्गत आंदोलन की घोषणा की थी, जिसमें सैकड़ों नागरिकों के साथ विभिन्न संगठनों ने भागीदारी दिखाई है।
* आंदोलन को समर्थन देने वाले संगठन:
समस्त महाजन, मुंबई, कुंडलिका-सीना रिज्यूवेशन फाउंडेशन, आनंद नगर सेवाभावी संस्था, हंड्रेड रूपी सोशल क्लब, महाराष्ट्र योग शिक्षक संघ, बागेश्वर धाम सेवा समिति, अन्य सामाजिक संस्थाएं, संगठनों ने नदी की पुररेषा सीमांकन और अतिक्रमण हटाने की मांग को लेकर जिलाधिकारी को ज्ञापन भी सौंपा था।
* प्रशासन की प्रतिक्रिया:
महानगरपालिका आयुक्त संतोष खांडेकर ने संगठनों से अपील की है कि चूंकि प्रशासन ने बैठक बुलाकर सकारात्मक पहल की है, इसलिए 1 अप्रैल से प्रस्तावित आंदोलन को वापस लिया जाए।
महानगरपालिका के पत्र में कहा गया है कि बैठक से यह स्पष्ट होता है कि प्रशासन अब इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से ले रहा है, जिससे अतिक्रमण हटाने की प्रक्रिया को बल मिलेगा।
* पर्यावरणीय चिंता:
नदी किनारे हो रहे अतिक्रमणों के कारण स्थानीय पर्यावरण पर गंभीर खतरा उत्पन्न हो चुका है। यदि शीघ्र कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो आंदोलन और तेज़ करने की चेतावनी सामाजिक संगठनों द्वारा दी गई है।
स्थानीय नागरिकों ने भी प्रशासन से त्वरित और कठोर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। “नदी है तो जीवन है” — इस सोच के साथ अब जनआंदोलन प्रशासन को जगाने की ओर बढ़ रहा है।
