Italy Fuel Prices Still Above Caps Despite Eni and SOCAR Measures

Italy’s average fuel prices have fallen only slightly despite price caps introduced by Eni and SOCAR.

Reuters reported that self-service petrol prices stood at about €2.126 per litre on Tuesday, while diesel was about €2.335.

The National Consumers Union said the caps had so far produced only a limited effect on national averages. More energy-market news.
