Italy School Policy: Foreign-Pupil Cap Draws Debate in Rome

Italy’s new 30% cap on foreign pupils who do not speak Italian properly is drawing mixed reactions from parents in Rome.

ANSA reported that the government package also includes Italian-language courses for parents and possible fines of up to €1,000 for those who fail to attend.
