जालना के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की नींव रखेगी ‘मंथन’ परिषद

जालना शहर को सतत, स्वच्छ और सुनियोजित विकास की दिशा में आगे ले जाने के उद्देश्य से
बुधवार, 17 दिसंबर को सुबह 9.30 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक
होटल सिद्धार्थ द फर्न में एक दिवसीय विशेष सम्मेलन
‘मंथन : जहाँ विचार बनेंगे कार्य’ का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
यह सम्मेलन ‘विजन जालना 2030’ की संकल्पना पर आधारित है, जिसमें
शहर के भविष्य से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर गहन चर्चा कर
ठोस और व्यावहारिक समाधान तैयार किए जाएंगे।
नागरिक सहभागिता और स्वच्छ शहर पर विशेष जोर
इस सम्मेलन का प्रमुख उद्देश्य नागरिकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी बढ़ाना,
ठोस कचरा एवं तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन को अधिक प्रभावी बनाना तथा
शहर के सार्वजनिक स्थलों की स्वच्छता, देखभाल और सुव्यवस्थित विकास को नई दिशा देना है।
इस महत्वपूर्ण पहल का आयोजन जिला प्रशासन, जालना शहर महानगरपालिका
और सामाजिक संस्था ‘जालना फर्स्ट’ के संयुक्त प्रयास से किया जा रहा है।
पहला सत्र: ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन पर मंथन
परिषद का पहला सत्र कचरे के स्रोत पर पृथक्करण (सोर्स सेग्रिगेशन),
संग्रह व्यवस्था और ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन प्रणाली जैसे विषयों पर केंद्रित रहेगा।
इस सत्र में देश के जाने–माने विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन करेंगे, जिनमें शामिल हैं:
- डॉ. रूबी मखीजा – नेत्ररोग विशेषज्ञ एवं डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूएफ की संस्थापक
- श्रुति लटे – प्रबंधन सलाहकार संस्था की साझेदार
- विरेंद्र पटेल – औद्योगिक उद्यमी
- प्रो. ए. के. गोसाईन – आईआईटी दिल्ली
- गौरी मिराशी – पर्यावरण नवाचार क्षेत्र की सह–संस्थापक
- अमोल गजरे – हरित प्रौद्योगिकी समाधान क्षेत्र के निदेशक
विशेषज्ञ अपने अनुभवों के आधार पर यह बताएंगे कि
कैसे आधुनिक तकनीक और नागरिक सहभागिता के माध्यम से
कचरा प्रबंधन को प्रभावी और टिकाऊ बनाया जा सकता है।
दूसरा सत्र: जलनिकासी और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन
सम्मेलन का दूसरा सत्र शहरी जलनिकासी व्यवस्था,
सीवेज शोधन संयंत्र (एसटीपी) और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन पर केंद्रित रहेगा।
इस सत्र में मंत्राज ग्रीन रिसोर्सेस लिमिटेड के
प्रमुख प्रवर्तक एवं अध्यक्ष डॉ. यू. के. शर्मा
मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में उपस्थित रहेंगे और
शहरों में जल प्रबंधन की आधुनिक प्रणालियों पर मार्गदर्शन देंगे।
प्रशासनिक और शहरी नियोजन विशेषज्ञों की विशेष उपस्थिति
इस महत्वपूर्ण सम्मेलन में वॉटर लिटरेसी सेंटर (यशदा, पुणे) के
कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ. सुमंत पांडे तथा
डिज़ाइनशाला कोलैबोरेटिव के संस्थापक एवं प्रमुख वास्तुकार
आशिक जैन की विशेष उपस्थिति रहेगी।
इसके साथ ही मार्गदर्शक स्तंभ के रूप में निम्न वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहेंगे:
- असीम के. गुप्ता – प्रमुख सचिव, शहरी विकास विभाग–1
- जी. श्रीकांत – आयुक्त एवं प्रशासकीय अधिकारी, छत्रपति संभाजीनगर महानगरपालिका

- मिन्नू पी. एम. – मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, जिला परिषद
विचार से कार्रवाई की ओर एक मजबूत कदम
यह सम्मेलन नागरिकों, विशेषज्ञों और निर्णय–निर्माताओं को
एक साझा मंच पर लाने का प्रभावी प्रयास है,
जिसका उद्देश्य जालना शहर के विकास से जुड़े विचारों को
ठोस कार्ययोजनाओं में परिवर्तित करना है।

आयोजकों ने जालना के नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे
बड़ी संख्या में इस परिषद में सहभागी बनें
और जालना के उज्ज्वल, स्वच्छ एवं सुव्यवस्थित भविष्य के निर्माण में
