Jalna police constable accused of rape, exploited by luring woman with promise of marriage – administration silent
Jalna: जिले में पुलिस विभाग की credibility पर सवाल उठाने वाली एक चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है। छत्रपति संभाजीनगर की 24 वर्षीय युवती को marriage का झांसा देकर police constable ने दो महीने तक police quarters में रखकर sexual exploitation किया।
Police पर Case दबाने का आरोप
Case Details
Jalna police department में तैनात constable संदीप वसंत सोनवणे (28) ने छत्रपति संभाजीनगर में nursing course कर रही 24 वर्षीय युवती को love trap में फंसाया। आरोपी ने पीड़िता को अपने police quarters बुलाकर 9 अक्टूबर 2024 से 2 दिसंबर 2024 तक physical relationship बनाए।
Marriage से इंकार करने पर हुआ खुलासा
जब पीड़िता को पता चला कि police constable सोनवणे ने किसी और युवती से marriage fixed कर ली है, तो उसने तुरंत Jalna Tehsil Police Station में FIR दर्ज करवाई। Police FIR में Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 69 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
Police Investigation में Confidentiality
हाल ही में Pune में हुए gang rape case के बाद राज्यभर में women safety को लेकर माहौल गरमाया हुआ है। इसी बीच Jalna Police Constable Rape Case को लेकर police administration ने confidentiality बरती है। जांच की जिम्मेदारी Pink Mobile Team को सौंपी गई है।
