8 साल के संघर्ष के बाद मिली जीत — फरार पति को फिल्मी स्टाइल में दबोचा, पत्नी को न्याय
जालना, 27 अप्रैल: पिछले आठ वर्षों से कानून का सहारा लेकर अपने अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष कर रही एक पीड़ित विवाहिता को आखिरकार न्याय मिला है। जालना स्थानीय अपराध शाखा और मुंबई पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में, आठ साल से फरार चल रहे उसके पति को मुंबई से फिल्मी अंदाज में गिरफ्तार किया गया।
आरोपी संदीप अनिल खरात (40 वर्ष, निवासी प्रतीक्षा नगर, सायन, मुंबई) के खिलाफ पत्नी ने जालना के पारिवारिक न्यायालय में भरण-पोषण के लिए दावा किया था। अदालत ने उसे हर माह ₹20,000 की पोटगी देने का आदेश दिया था। हालांकि, आदेश की अनदेखी करते हुए संदीप फरार हो गया था। बीते आठ वर्षों में उस पर जमानती और गैर-जमानती वारंट जारी किए गए, फिर भी उसकी गिरफ्तारी संभव नहीं हो सकी थी।
कानून की विद्यार्थी रही पीड़िता ने लगातार पुलिस विभाग के संपर्क में रहकर और कानूनी रास्ते अपनाकर अपने हक की लड़ाई जारी रखी। अंततः अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक आयुष नोपाणी के विशेष मार्गदर्शन में स्थानीय अपराध शाखा ने मुंबई पुलिस के सहयोग से संदीप को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता पाई।
सूत्रों से मिली गुप्त जानकारी के आधार पर पुलिस को पता चला कि संदीप मुंबई के वर्तकनगर क्षेत्र के बुध विहार में एक शादी समारोह में शामिल होने वाला है। पुलिस ने मौके पर जाल बिछाया और फिल्मी स्टाइल में संदीप को दबोच लिया। गिरफ्तारी के दौरान संदीप ने झूठी पहचान बताने की कोशिश की, लेकिन पुलिस के सख्त रुख के आगे वह टूट गया और अपना जुर्म कबूल कर लिया।
यह कार्रवाई पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय कुमार बंसल, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक आयुष नोपाणी और स्थानीय अपराध शाखा के निरीक्षक पंकज जाधव के मार्गदर्शन में, पुलिसकर्मी रामप्रसाद पव्हरे और कदीम जालना थाने की टीम तथा मुंबई पुलिस के सहयोग से संपन्न हुई। इस शानदार कार्रवाई की जालना और मुंबई में सराहना हो रही है।
