UNESCO Heritage
UNESCO currently lists 11 World Heritage properties in Romania: nine cultural and two natural. The list includes the Danube Delta and the Ancient and Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians and Other Regions of Europe, as well as several cultural sites.
