औरंगजेब की कब्र नहीं हटाई जा सकती : संविधान और मानवता का सम्मान रखें – एड. महेश धन्नावत
जालना: मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ता एड. महेश धन्नावत ने कहा है कि औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाना भारतीय संविधान और मानवीय मूल्यों के विरुद्ध होगा। उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक निर्णय परमानंद कटारा बनाम यूनियन ऑफ इंडिया (1989) का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि संविधान जीवित व्यक्तियों के साथ-साथ मृतकों को भी गरिमापूर्ण व्यवहार और सम्मान का अधिकार देता है।
उन्होंने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग ने भी 14 मई 2021 को सभी राज्यों के मुख्य सचिवों को पत्र भेजकर निर्देश दिया था कि मृत व्यक्तियों के प्रति सम्मान और उनके मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए।
धन्नावत ने कहा कि औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग न केवल कानूनी रूप से अनुचित है, बल्कि यह भारतीय संस्कृति और मूल्यों के भी विरुद्ध है, जो हमें सभी के प्रति करुणा और सहिष्णुता की शिक्षा देती है।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि औरंगजेब की कब्र किसी भी अतिक्रमण पर आधारित नहीं है, और न ही कभी मराठा साम्राज्य या भारतीय शासन द्वारा इसे हटाने की कोई मांग की गई थी।

- संविधान और कानून का सम्मान करें: भारत का संविधान सबको समान अधिकार देता है, चाहे वह जीवित हो या मृत।

- आपसी भाईचारे को मजबूत करें: भारत अनेकता में एकता का प्रतीक है। सभी धर्म, जाति और समुदाय मिलकर एक समृद्ध राष्ट्र का निर्माण करते हैं।
- युवा वर्ग को सकारात्मक सोच की दिशा दें: समाज में ऊर्जा और बदलाव का आधार युवा होते हैं। उन्हें हिंसा नहीं, शांति और समरसता का मार्ग दिखाना होगा।
एड. धन्नावत ने कहा कि सम्पूर्ण भारत पर शासन करने वाले औरंगजेब की मृत्यु महाराष्ट्र में हुई थी, जिससे यह स्पष्ट होता है कि छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज, छत्रपति संभाजी महाराज और मराठा साम्राज्य ने किस तरह गौरवशाली संघर्ष किया था।
उल्लेखनीय है कि औरंगजेब की कब्र को लेकर स्वयं उसकी इच्छा थी कि वह सादगीपूर्ण रखी जाए, क्योंकि अंततः उसे भी यह समझ आया था कि धन, सत्ता या वैभव सब कुछ यहीं छूट जाता है और अंत में ईश्वर के समक्ष ही जाना होता है।
अंत में, एड. महेश धन्नावत ने कहा कि किसी भी मृत व्यक्ति के सम्मान से छेड़छाड़ न करना ही हमारी संस्कृति का परिचायक है। समाज को एकजुट रहकर देश में सौहार्द बनाए रखना चाहिए और आपसी विवादों से बचना चाहिए।
